Location location - minutes to the CBD, Victoria Park and 10 minutes to Adelaide oval. More photos to be added - currently being totally furnished, awaiting artwork and final touches - available from 10/11/2023 for guests. We love the scenic Victoria Park, city views from the expansive parklands -walk, jog, work out, coffee or attend the many events held annually including the V8 races, equestrian events, cycling and other major events, only 2 minutes walk. 2 car parks off street. Newly renovated, master with ensuite, family bathroom with bath, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms, 2 Queen beds and two singles in bedroom 3. Ducted RC/AC, new appliances include microwave, oven, benchtop induction cooking, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Bluetooth speaker and games. Entertain around the island bench or on rear patio. Large TV in family room and all bedrooms have wall mounted TV,s with Netflix and free wifi. High ceilings and brick walls with excellent insulation. Everyday basics are supplied (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oils, cooking needs, dishwasher sachets, soaps, shampoo, conditioner). Two minute walk to trendy Dulwich shops - coffee, cafes, butcher and 7 day supermarket open 7 am - 9 pm. The CBD is 5 minutes drive and Adelaide oval is 10 minutes via Uber. Norwood Parade and Burnside Village neighbourhood. Long term stays welcome, welcome to chat re long term rates. Free rear car parking for 2 cars - enter of Hunt Lane. Additional street parking available.
