Walk to the essentials such as restaurants, groceries, library, post office. Incredibly quick access by car to Parks Highway. Enjoy easy access to a variety of outdoor activities in the surrounding area, or opt for urban attractions in Anchorage. Well-equipped ranch home, near hiking, backpacking, biking, and water recreation.
No recreationally-caught fish allowed in the house at any time.
Reservation-maker must occupy the rental, and be over 25 years of age.
No unregistered guests.
Host may ask you to leave immediately if any of these rules are violated, without a refund.
Please keep your unique door code for entry on you at all times so you are never locked out.
Internet is through GCI. We do not have great internet data plans available in Alaska. Please refrain from streaming videos, etc for hours on end. It will max out the internet data available, and cause the speed to throttle down until it resets on the next billing cycle.
Security cameras: One on the doorbell facing outside, and the other on the interior side of the window looking outside to the front yard only. No security cameras are capable of recording the inside views of the property. We simply can’t put the body of the camera outside because it is Alaska. It freezes.

Summary: This was a great place, nicely remodeled and in an ideal location. It was perfect accomidations for our large family of eight. We only had one weekend evening the neighbors were a bit loud as it is a duplex. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!
