Ideally located on the edge of the Luberon Regional Park, facing the Alpilles Mountains, in the heart of a 7,000 m² (7,000 sq ft) area with direct access to hiking trails, you will find a charming, brand-new, air-conditioned 30 m² (320 sq ft) gîte adjoining our home.
The accommodation includes: - On the ground floor, facing south, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, electric kettle, toaster, Krups Nespresso coffee maker, etc.), a dining area, a 160 x 190 cm (63 x 74 in) sofa bed with high-performance bedding, a smart flat-screen TV, a DVD player with numerous DVDs, as well as books, board games, and a few games for children and adults.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Outdoors:
- Private infinity pool measuring 8.5 m x 3.5 m with a counter-current system and deckchairs. Pools and water features for toddlers are available upon request.
- Outdoor games: molky, Breton palets, and a boules pitch. - An outdoor aviary inhabited by numerous canaries and a few parakeets. - A picnic table. - A gas barbecue is available upon request.
- Free parking near the cottage.
You can also relax in the shade of hackberry and lime trees.
Note to guests: The accommodation is non-smoking. We draw the attention of smokers to the very high risk of fire during the summer. Closed ashtrays are available.
The cottage is equipped with a welcome kit: coffee pods, tea towels, a sponge, dish soap, a soft cloth, paper towels, and toilet paper. You will also find a cleaning kit for extra cleaning.
Sheets and towels are provided, except for those for the pool.
Baby equipment is available upon request (high chair, travel cot with a thick mattress, duvet, changing mat, and some toys for children under 3).
