Positive: Great location near the ferry and 5th Avenue. Nice area.
Negative: There's no air conditioning in the house. Only the guest rooms have air conditioning. No breakfast. The kitchen is very spartan and old. The bathroom furniture (in three different rooms) that I stayed in need renovation. The price is a bit more expensive for Playa del Carmen; you can find something better.
