This detached and charming villa for six people is located directly on the sea with private access to the rocky coast. The rocky coast is easily accessible and the sea can be reached directly after crossing the garden gate. This villa is an ancient family house that has been in the possession of a Sicilian family for two generations. Accordingly, the spacious detached house has been elegantly and tastefully furnished for six people on a living area of 210 sqm. Fifteen steps lead up from the park grounds to a ground-level living room which, thanks to the large glass windows and glass doors, not only floods the room with Mediterranean blue-golden light, but above all offers an impressive view of the sea that lies open before you. In the living room there is a reading corner, a TV corner with flat screen, upholstered furniture and a dining area. A music station, WIFI and "Alexa" are available. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, naturally with a sea view and with a kitchenette. Via the kitchen you reach a small outdoor kitchen. -There are 3 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning for hot and cold air, -2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, WC , bidet -a laundry room with washbasin, washing machine, iron and ironing -The veranda, 15 metres above sea level, is a place to have breakfast, dinner or relax on the sun loungers - with only sky blue, azure sea and sunshine in front of you. -From the terrace, a small path leads down to a lawn and a garden gate with private access to the rocky coast (bathing shoes are recommended). A welcome basket is available on arrival.
