Summary: This property is in an excellent location. It has a well equiped kitchen, two bathrooms and plenty of hot water. It's perfect for three or four people and the value is great. If you've ever tried to find affordable accomodations in a neighborhood you wanted to stay in in New York, you'll appreciate this place. Like any New York apartment the building hallways are subject to the other tenants, but don't let that stop you. You'll apprecaite where you are. The weather went from spring like to wintery cold while we were there and the place stayed very comfortable. I'd stay again.
