This property is perfect for a couple looking for an enjoyable getaway. Complete with AC, heating, and WiFi, Outdoor TV and firepit area, guests can unwind and make the most of their stay. Host on site, lives above the Rental but will be sure to provide you with privacy in your private Studio and We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio on the Beautiful SGI. Property is located on the West end Bay side of the island, with 950 steps to the Beach Access and 200 yards to the Bay. Kayak Launch on bay side and approximately 2 miles from Town Center. Many Golf Cart rentals available on the island. Piggly Wiggly Grocery, Captain's Corner Convenient Store with Deli Style take out. Several Restaurants and a Coin Arcade basketball court and bike rentals are also available on SGI.
