Step in through the garden to 4 lovely double bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms. Relax in the large living room with TV and fast Wifi (all over the house) , in the garden or in the spacious kitchen diner with large dining table and fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely large ground floor bedroom which has step free access - so is wheelchair friendly too.
Bathroom 1. Private shower room has a large wet-room shower and again is very easy access having wider entrance doors

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
Large and comfortable living area with TV and extra sofa bed if required.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom and attached, private balcony.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom.

Guests have FULL, EXCLUSIVE and PRIVATE use of the whole house and will not be disturbed during their stay.

Situated in the delightful area of Chesterton with easy access to the river and the centre of Cambridge. Take a delightful river walk into the cetre of town or to one of the many fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby or hop on one of the many buses, bicycles or taxi that swarm the area.

Wonderfully located close to major bus routes, electric scooters and bicycles to hire are locaetd very close-by.
