Positive: Very cute and clean inside! The beds were very comfortable, and the main en-suite bathroom was excellent! Brand-new appliances, and when we couldn't find a regular coffee maker, the owner had one delivered, along with some K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker, which we didn't use—good location for convenient trips into the Quarter or elsewhere downtown via Lyft or Uber.
Negative: More towels! There weren't enough bath hand towels for the four of us; in a place that sleeps six to eight, you would think there would be enough for that number, but we couldn't find any more. Nor any drying towels for the dishes. We couldn't find any automatic dishwasher soap either. A dishrack to put hand-washed dishes on would be great.
Summary: Great place in an amazing city for big celebration of birthdays for three out of four guests!
