Charming, comfy, cozy 1640 sq ft single story with a light bright open layout and a HOT TUB! There are three bedrooms, one king and two queen beds with neutral grey tone covers and white cotton sheets. The flooring is all tile with a few throw rugs. Open kitchen features quartz countertops and a big island. There are two tables in the kitchen area, one seats up to about eight and the other seats four. The kitchen is stocked with single serve coffee maker, as well as coffee pot brewer. There are enough plates and glasses to serve up to ten people. Electic stovetop cooking, baking sheets, crockpot, blender, cooking utensils. There is a den right when you walk in the home to the right with a desk and close to the internet router for excellent internet service. Parkside facilities can be included with your stay for more than 3 months. Outside features a giant paver patio, huge palo verde tree, and 8 seater hot tub. Front yard is directly across the street from the neighborhood park.
