Summary: Easy access to the property. We dropped our bags and went out for the evening. Came back and heating was not on, and no instructions provided. The flat was still warm, but not the point. Then noticed the smoke alarm was covered with cellophane, for some reason. Then noticed the oven had not been cleaned, literally had the fat from previous vrbo users meal in it. Air filters in kitchen and toilet had not been cleaned in ages. Cutlery and cups were not cleaned to a good enough standard. Sticky surfaces. Tv remote was very warn, hard to use. Basic standards were not met.
