Summary: The good: Location is great – central to everythingParking was more than sufficientEnough bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of three. Comfy beds.Great sofa for vegging out.Very reasonable price.The bad:**Booking requires personal data entered into a third-party site.** VRBO booking is not honored without this. (You forfeit 100% of your payment if you want to avoid this blatant data scrape.)Booking requires additional fees outside of VRBO fees.Repeated requests to not post less than 5-star reviews publicly.The questionable: House was clean-ish but definitely not professionally cleaned. Dishes and pots/pans had crusted food still on them. We had to clean everything before use.Very few cooking utensils.Heat was iffy and required time during vacation to discuss with property management company.No closet doorsNot enough towels or washcloths for three people. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for three people.Posted occupancy cert expired in August 2023.Sadly, I expect some retaliation for the honest review.
