Welcome to our lovely two-bedroom apartment in a gated community with 24/7 security and electronic key entrance. The apartment features an outdoor pool and a prime location. Inside, you'll find a living-dining room, two bathrooms, 100 Mbps WIFI, a 55" SMART TV with an APP BOX, a full kitchen, and a parking spot. Each room is equipped with A/C and ceiling fans.
The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a work desk, and a closed closet, along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and another full bathroom is located in the hall. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances such as a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. Additionally, we have a comfortable living-dining room for you to relax in and enjoy your time by the beach. We provide beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience. On the first floor, you will find facilities including a pool area, a laundry room, and a convenience store for basics.
The apartment is located just a block away from the main avenue and within walking distance of Medano beach, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, ATMs, and supermarkets. If you're looking for a fun day out on the beach, Playa Médano is just a few blocks away and offers various activities such as snorkeling and jet skiing. The apartment is situated in a safe and secure neighborhood under 24/7 security surveillance with restricted access. It's a short walk to Walmart, Paraiso Mall, and the Marina where you can catch a boat to the ARCH. Public transportation passes by one block from the complex, and you can also take an Uber for around $5 USD to get downtown. We've made the check-in process super easy. You can pick up the electronic card from the lockbox to check in whenever you arrive after the designated check-in time. Summary: I was very disappointed with the property. First of all, the location is sketchy. We had to drive on the dirt road to the property. We parked right by the unit to unload our stuff but then we had to drive to the opposite side to park the car. The space is small for a family of four. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The shower faucet was not working well. I had to stand in the shower for a while to get the right temperature. They provided a very small travel size shampoo and lotion and that's about it. The toilet handle is loose from the other bathroom and constantly stopped working when we tried to flush. The worst thing was that we were out of water for more than 12 hours! We could not flush or shower or doing anything that required water! I kept reaching out to them when it first stopped at night but I didn't hear back until I reached out again in the morning. It seems like a recurring issue from other reviews.This place is not sound proof at all. The music was blasting from the restaurants near by and we could hear people talking from outside and other close units. I gave 2 stars because the property manager Sharuna was friendly and responsive. This is definitely not a place for a family to stay here. If you're a single traveler (or a couple without kids) who are looking for a place that is far from the beach and doesn't mind the noise and the condition of the unit (without water and toilet issues), then it's ok to stay. We had to book another place to stay.
