This home is positioned just a half a block from the beach, with access points at Drum and Flounder, just a 3 min walk. The first-floor entry welcomes you into a tiled foyer with a spacious coat closet. The downstairs has a game room with a ping pong and foosball tables for entertaining and the bedroom has bunk beds and a murphy bed for ample sleeping. The downstairs also has a bathroom and the laundry room. There are interior and exterior stairways that lead to the upper floor, where the cozy family room awaits with the decorative fireplace and the French doors opening to the back balcony. The kitchen is great for entertaining with a large island with bar stools and the access to the front balcony. The primary bedroom also features French doors opening onto the deck and a walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms are carpeted, while the great room and kitchen have vinyl wood plank flooring. The finished garage has air-conditioned, a utility sink, and a complete RV hook-up.
