This delightful property sits a short walk from downtown Carolina Beach, the boardwalk, and the beach. You get to stay in a quiet neighborhood , away from the hubbub of a beach town in season, but have easy access to all the reasons you came! Substantial discount for first few who book. The big deck is a great place to relax, catch some sun, and watch the world go by. This is the upstairs unit of a charming 1940s duplex, fully renovated in 2024-25. The space is warm and comfy, with natural wood paneled walls, lots of windows, and comfy furnishings. New granite countertops, new mattresses, a new tile shower, new kitchen appliances, and all new ceiling fixtures are among the 2025 upgrades. The property features a main bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a bunk with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, perfect for a small group of guests (maximum number is 5). In addition to the bedrooms, there is a great room, the kitchen and one full bath. Come enjoy all Carolina Beach has to offer, including a fun little park a half block away with nice play structures for the kids, big trees, and a covered picnic table.

Summary: We were pleased with the place and our stay! It was clean, ample room, more room than we actually expected. Check-in was easy, walking distance to the beach, you're right down the road from the Boardwalk and all the entertainment they have. We walked to all our restaurants we are at when we didn't eat at the house. Walked to the beach, even carrying a toddler it was extremely doable. Great coffee and breakfast places nearby too. Only time we used the car the entire trip was when it was raining all day, so we went to the Fort Fisher aquarium and then into Wilmington to visit some breweries. Otherwise, the house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Beds are comfy, cute dining area and dishwasher to make meal.times easy!
