2 Bedroom House in Las Vegas
Stylish and open floor plan with 2 large bedrooms with queen-sized, memory foam beds, and sleeper couch or double lounger, and private full bathroom. Home has pool (shared with owners), private entry to patio dining/lounging area. A large front and back yards, full kitchen with new appliances, pots and pans, featuring smart TV's in each room and a computer desk in each bedroom. Large sectional couch with 3 recliners & two other recliners in living room. All areas are private except pool and backyard.
Truly, a home away from home in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, conveniently located 1 1/2 miles from the Strip or Fremont St Experience, less than 5 miles from airport. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
Your private entry to the house is the main front door. The pool and surrounding area of the pool is shared with the owners, and the entry to the back yard is from the front/right gate of the house. The BBQ, patio dining furniture and right-side of the house is for the guests' private use (not shared).
The owners have their own private backdoor which is accessed from the driveway to the left side of the house.
A hold harmless agreement for pool use required and must be signed and returned on arrival. No house parties as per city code, quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Shared pool/patio and driveway. Owners and owners pets live on site (fenced in), separate from guests' area.
Shower before entering the Pool. The pool is serviced on Mondays so might be unavailable for a couple of hours when being cleaned.
Place trash/recycle bins curbside Tuesday night and return to left side of house by 6pm, Wednesday after being emptied.
Per short-term rental and host rules...parties are not allowed... only the number of guests in the booking request details are allowed to stay overnight.
For Cooling efficiency, the windows and doors must be closed when not being accessed and the HVAC cannot be set lower than 72 in the summer.
