Consider this charming apartment your home away from home while you visit Charleston. This delightful space features a cozy bedroom, WiFi, a washing machine, AC, and heating. This newly renovated FROG apartment (finished room over garage) is approximately 400+ square feet and comes complete with personal coded access, off street parking, your own personal washer / dryer and appliances, a kitchenette and IKEA furniture throughout. Entrance to the unit is from the driveway. Or you can park on the street and it is just a short walk to the apartment.
There is a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a fully furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. There is also a separate AC and heating unit for your comfort. Basic kitchen utensils are provided. There is plenty of drawer space under the bed for clothing and storage. Towels and sheets are provided. YouTube TV and new smart TV with Wi-Fi and other utilities are also included. While there are three dogs that live on the property, no pets allowed please.
