Newly renovated bungalow in the suburbs of Adelaide with a beautiful homely feel. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provides you all you need for a beautiful stay in Cumberland Park.
Newly renovated bungalow in the suburbs of Adelaide with a beautiful homely feel. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for two couples to enjoy their own privacy. In the main bedroom, you will find a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. The second room located at the back of the house provides a queen size bed also with wardrobe space. With two full sized bathrooms and a separate laundry you will feel right at home.
In the kitchen, you will find all the cooking utensils you need, a full sized fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, toaster and kettle.
The lounge room is warm and inviting, the perfect place to relax.
Walking out to the back you will be surrounded by beautiful flowers, trees and a large grassed area. A perfect space to enjoy a meal or drink (or both!).
For heating and cooling, we have a split system in the dining, lounge room and main bedroom. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The house is set back behind a locked automatic gate providing privacy and added security for your stay.
You are able to use the entire house, front and backyard include the carport area. There is one locked bedroom that you will not have access to but the other two bedrooms are available as shown in the listing.
Your respect for the local community is appreciated. Please no loud noise, no parties and no pets. Quiet hours are between 10pm – 7am.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
