Positive: It was close to the beach although not right on the beach. I know it would be much more expensive right on the beach.
Negative: No bathtub stopper so had to use the garbage disposal stopper. Light bulbs all unmatching. Broken hook in the bathroom. Front porch light inop. Outlets loose. No window screens. Fireplace screen off.
Summary: Good place overall but needs someone to make a handyman list to make minor fixes throughout.
