A bright, comfortable & airy recently renovated & modern 1BR flat with a balcony, in the area of Ano Kipseli & just 5 minutes walk from one of Central Athens' largest and greenest Metropolitan Parks, 'Pedion tu Areos'.
Casa Kypselaki is conveniently located close to many of central Athens' most frequented professional hubs, as well as many historical areas of interest, sightseeing monuments, fun hubs & nightlife spots, yet mostly away from the intense hustle and bustle of more central Athens.
The space
Entering Casa Kypselaki into a hallway you will have the dining area complete with a dining table for four, and the comfortable and stylish living room with a warm vintage feel overlooking the balcony, on your right.
The living room includes a sofa for 3/4 people, 2 armchairs, a glass coffee table, a table with a large lamp, air-conditioning and a Samsung 46'' LED flat-screen TV with a DVD. Board games and certain DVDs are included for you to delve into if you so wish.
Across the dining area is the kitchen, complete with a large fridge, ceramic stove, oven and all modern amenities as you can see on the amenities list. A hallway leads from the dining area to the bathroom and the bedroom with a king size bed. A second small balcony overlooking the back of the building can be accessed through the kitchen and second bedroom, which includes a hanging/drying area for your clothes should you need to do any washing.
Guest access
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of Casa Kypselaki and the balcony, during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the veranda, at any time.

We would kindly ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the flat:
- Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
- Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
The flat has been refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the flat accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, any additional charges will be claimed.
