A few steps from the head of the picturesque Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary, take an enjoyable walk to the Quay Leisure Centre for a swim or to one of the many pubs and restaurants. Located opposite the Quay square that hosts many events including a weekly market and the annual fair. Or catch a local bus and explore the South Hams from the top deck - the views are incredible.
Enter the property via the hallway into the light and airy open-plan kitchen/living area with access to a much coveted outside space with a barbecue and seating area. Perfect for listening to the occasional live music on the quay or the sounds of the birds on the estuary. The spacious double bedroom has plenty of storage including bedside tables and a double wardrobe. The table for two in the living room would work equally well as a desk and with the fibre broadband, perfect for working from home. The light and spacious shower is double width for ease and comfort.

There is no parking space with this property but there is a long stay car park on the Quay or free parking spaces along the promenade and in Ebrington Street behind. You can pull up to the rear of the building to unload.
