The living room features a luxurious leather couch and sofa that will be a great place to relax after a fun day out. Turn on the fireplace and sip on your wine or play a board game with loved ones. Enjoy the flat-screen TV with Shaw Blue Curve giving you access to an ample amount of cable channels as well as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime.

This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

It has a queen-sized bed, its own bathroom, giant walk-through closet.
Bedroom 2
This is a smaller bedroom with a twin over a double bunk bed. It shares a full bathroom, is great for sleeping 2 or 3 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.
Balcony
The full-sized balcony with propane BBQ and dining set is the perfect place to sit and relax or grill up some steaks while enjoying the mountain views in the distance.
Laundry
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
The Complex:
During your stay, you will have full use of the gym, year-round hot tub and the pool and second hot tub during the summer months. Located in the entryway closet you will find pool toys and floats as well as well as beach toys for those special beach days with the kids. James Chabot Beach is located just a few steps outside your front door. There is a lovely green space for picnics as well as a park for younger children right on the edge of the water.
Transportation
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

Lake Windermere Point is centrally located in Invermere. James Chabot Beach is just a few steps out your front door. You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and downtown shopping. There are 6 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. You are also within a 15-minute drive of both the Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs. Panorama Mountain is 20 minutes from our condo. Invermere is also home to the world's longest skating trail.

1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
