Positive: clearly not worth the money you paid for it, and not comfortable to do things on your computer ( read below).

Negative: -Before arrival, had to repeat an important question 6 times until I got a proper answer instead of arrogant/ignoring replies. -badly placed power outlets all over the apartment, without at least providing extension cables. Therefore having to take pains to move the couch/bed away from the wall or to move from where you are to an uncomfortable stool. -only 2 small coffee tables and no proper table to do things on, except for the kitchen table with an embedded sink and "very" uncomfortable" stools, on which you cant sit longer than 20 minutes. -in my 1-week stay, no housekeeping even once. I got only one set of towels and one set of pillow covers for this period, without spare ones.
