3 Bedroom House in Shearer Hills - Ridgeview, San Antonio

Welcome! Cozy, comfortable, convenient & beautiful home with private backyard! Everything needed to make you feel like you are home away from home. This is my 1st time opening up my home as a VRBO so please feel welcome to give me loads of feedback! My main goal is to make you as comfortable as possible and enjoy your stay. I expect that you'll have a 5 star experience, so if there's anything I've overlooked please let me know to give me an opportunity to fix it
The space
The whole house is yours to use. You have a kitchen, living room, three separate bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. There is a queen bed in two of the bedrooms and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sofa is also a memory foam pullout. There is a toddler bed that can be utilized. Please let me know ahead of time if you need the bed, so that we can set it up. Parking in the front driveway and private parking lot in the back as well. The AC is set on an energy efficient schedule, please do not ask to lower it more than 75 degrees during the day! When it’s hot outside the thermostat is set. Thank you!
We provide the basic necessities such as hand soap and dish washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, bedsheets and pillows, clothes iron, hair dryer, drip coffee maker, microwave and air fryer. We do Not provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee or basket filters, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Please bring your own if you need it.
We have a ‘use it and replace it ‘policy. If you use something up, please replace it.
The house is a duplex but your space is private and unshared.
There are tons of yummy restaurants in the area, Shopping including North Star Mall in Walk-in Distance. This home is centrally located and convenient to everything!! The center of San Antonio!
If you have a party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night.
Pet fee is $25 a night. Nonrefundable. With a $100 security deposit that is refundable barring any incidentals or damages.
