Positive: We liked the location and the view. The television and options for netflix and other pay tv channels was good. The air conditioning was good, the car parking on site was good.
Negative: Not knowing where to access the key from the letterbox was stressful, instructions once having the key were good. Luckily a lovely lady was able to assist and show us where to collect the key from. The photos of the apartment were deceiving, with the bedroom and bathroom appearing larger in the online photos. The apartment had the bare minimum essentials, no Tupperware cooking dishes available, only one bin liner, 2 smelly tea towels in the drawer, one clean tea towel hanging on the oven door. Dirty wine glasses in the cupboard. Only having one clean towel each for 4 nights was basic. Pillows were not comfortable, couch cushions smelt musty.
Summary: The location was perfect, close to the CBD, the view was magnificent.
