Designed for families in mind, construction of our modern luxury custom built home was completed in the summer of 2018, with the focus on creating a place that was built for relaxation, dining and memories. The upper floor has breathtaking panoramic views of Rainbow and Cougar Mountains and a private forested backyard. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance level with double wide garage and spacious foyer with a large mudroom with boot dryer and oversized washer and clothes dryer. Spacious secure heated garage is perfect for your ski gear or bike storage and the mudroom has ample space to hang jackets, ski pants, gloves and helmets. Heated tile flooring throughout this level helps to dry wet gear. The driveway has capacity for 4 vehicles.
MAIN FLOOR: Two King size master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large connecting walk-out deck with mountain views, and two additional bedrooms with custom built western reclaimed timber bunk beds with sleeping for four in each room. The main floor leads out to the private backyard with a large covered hot tub providing views of the forest behind you and mountain vistas to the west. The main floor has central air condition and separately controlled heat for each room.
UPPER FLOOR: An amazing great room open floor plan with sweeping views to the west and east. Gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and all the cooking supplies you need to cook every meal in the Chalet. Dining area seating for 12 around a 11-foot live edge custom built cedar dining table. The kitchen-dining area is open to the living area with ultra comfy seating around a modern three sided fireplace. Vaulted cedar ceilings, large 65 inch OLED TV, the fireplace and the large expanses of glass complete the stunning design of this floor. Two decks on both sides of the upper floor allow you to enjoy the privacy of the back yard or watch the sunset from the front deck with a glass of wine while waiting for dinner to cook.
Imagine arriving in Whistler to a warm, cozy home, groceries in the cupboards and your beverage of choice chilling in the fridge. Your lift tickets are organized, your ski equipment is arranged, your dinner reservations are made and the most pressing decision you have to make is whether to use the hot tub before or after you take a walk around the village.

• This is our family home and there can be absolutely no parties or loud noise. Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed. Absolutely no groups under the age of 30. Mature, responsible families only or couples over the age of 30. Children are welcome providing a parent or guardian is also staying each night. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone and through a third party and do not meet the age requirement.
• $4,000 damage deposit required at time of booking.
• Check-in time is 4pm; Check-out time is 10am.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests
• Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for $1,000 fee to cover costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property. Strictly enforced.
• Good Neighbors Policy: Our neighborhood is quiet after 10pm. Please minimize outside noise after 10PM and no use of hot tub is permitted after 11pm. Fines & fees apply for breaches.
• Driveway parking fits 4 cars depending on the season.
• We cater to families and responsible groups of adults. This is not a party house. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood where everybody respects their neighbors. The Resort Municipality of Whistler strictly enforces all noise by-laws. If levied, guests are responsible to pay all fines as well as additional administration fees.
• We reserve the right to require government-issued identification from each person in the rental party. Breaches of Rental Rules may result in eviction; no refunds if evicted. Refundable damage/security deposit of $4,000 required at time of booking. Replacement cost for damaged goods, fines, rental rule breach fines/fees will be deducted from Damage Deposit. All fees, taxes and rules are subject to change at any time, even after booking, to comply with legislation, regulations, by-laws and ordinances that may affect this property.
• Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
• Once you make your reservation, our concierge will be contacting you to assist with all your needs and questions. Concierge service Is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, dinner reservations, ski/board lessons, organize and purchase lift tickets on your behalf, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree, relaxing vacation.
** We are offering our home to one guest group per month. Each booking will block out an exclusive 30-day period, but you will only be charged for the actual duration of your stay.
