Casuarina Cove 1 is a detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated up and around the corner from Front Street (the hub of the island). It looks out over the passageway to the new Hamilton Island Golf Course on Dent Island. This 2 storey villa gives you a great sea breeze, or simply lock yourself in to enjoy the comfort of air conditioning. Alternatively you can cool off in one of the many pools across the island. Timber floorboards throughout and high ceilings make this villa feel spacious and open plan opening up to 1 of your 2 large outdoor entertainment areas. Treat yourself to a glass of champagne and cook on the BBQ whilst watching the sunset. The villa is fully self contained with everything you need to make it a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave, crockery, cutlery and utensils provided. The master bedroom is upstairs with a queen size bed and glass entrance door to the balcony. The downstairs bedrooms have a queen size bed in 1 room and 2 singles in the other which can be zipped together to make a king size bed. The balcony downstairs also has an outdoor lounge for you to sit, relax and enjoy. You also have your own laundry and all linen is provided so you can stay as long as you wish. A complimentary 4 seater electric golf buggy to get you around and your own private garage to store it in. It is truly exceptional value. Summary: ⸻We had a wonderful stay at Casuarina 1 on Hamilton Island, sharing the accommodation with our son, daughter-in-law, and their three children—including a 10-month-old baby. The layout was perfect for a multigenerational family holiday, with two spacious bedrooms downstairs for the family and a separate, private bedroom upstairs for us grandparents, complete with its own TV.The villa was very well-equipped and immaculately presented, with plenty of space across two storeys. The view from the balcony was absolutely outstanding—looking out over the water was a daily highlight—and the location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the Marina side, shops, and restaurants.The facilities were excellent and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was provided. Highly recommend Casuarina 1 for families looking for a well-located, spacious, and scenic getaway .
