Negative: I stayed in Tower A this time, and the elevator situation was horrible. There were three elevators, but only one seemed to be operating, so people had to wait a very long time to go up or down. Another issue was housekeeping. I stayed for two days, and the room cleaning was minimal. Overall, it wasn’t worth a $300-per-night stay.
