CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS IN BENITACHELL
Casa de los Sueños is a holiday home that makes you feel at home the moment you enter. It is an extremely nice and quiet place, has a comfortable interior and a you can enjoy the wonderful outdoor life. This villa with private pool is located in a quiet residential area in Benitachell and in easy reach of the nice (family) resorts of Javea and Moraira. This detached villa with private pool and hot tub is wonderfully quiet and built against a mountain, just a little higher than the other houses, this gives you a beautifull panoramic view. The premises has two entrances, both closed by an entrance gate.

LAYOUT CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS ON THE COSTA BLANCA
Upper floor: the living room has a sitting area and satellite TV and a dining area for 5 people. The living room is has a nice sofa and television. The sliding doors lead you to the spacious terrace with seating, a lovely place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Separate toilet.
Stairs lead you to the ground floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are the coolest places in the house in the summer months. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60x2.00cm) and ensuite bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x2.00cm). Bedroom 3: a single bed (90x2.00cm) and a trundle bed (90x2.00cm). Second bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs you also have access to the pool area from the hallway and upstairs from the entrance outside.
Present: (floor) heating, mosquito nets on all windows and fans in the bedrooms. In all bedrooms and in the living room: air conditioning available for optimal comfort.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS WITH PRIVATE POOL
The outdoor area is very pleasantly laid out. A beautifully decorated path leads you from one entrance, with private parking space, to another. By a small stairs you reach the private swimming pool (8x4m) with sun beds all around and a lovely lounge sofa under the covered terrace. A wonderful place to spend the days in peace. A barbecue is available as well as an outdoor shower.

- In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa de los Sueños is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31, rates on request. The villa is heated by air conditioning and central heating (gas), the costs for gas are calculated on the basis of the meter (€ 3.50 per cubic meter). This surcharge must be paid in cash on site. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
