This will be an additional cost to you, and must be completed within one day of the links being provided to avoid cancellation of your booking. After the background and credit checks are complete, and if we deem them satisfactory, we will provide you with a rental agreement which must be signed within five calendar days.

-You are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy. We will require access to the unit every two weeks to check on the health of the space and provide fresh towels and linens.
-Starter packs of basic home items such as dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, etc are provided at the beginning of your stay to help you get off to a good start before you can get to the store, but will not be refilled during the duration of a long-term stay.
