Positive: Good location, well equipped and clean
Negative: I had requested to make a double bed instead of twin beds. I was told that it wasn’t possible and I could cancel my stay for free, which I couldn’t really do as I booked with large notice and the prices for similar places were already much higher. I found this very rude and it was just a simple request to handle. Then when we used the washing machine it flooded the whole apartment which showed a lack of maintenance. Mostly disappointed by the lack of flexibility and manners of the host. She tried to be nicer afterwards when I said I couldn’t cancel and I would reflect my disappointment on the reviews. Lots to learn and improve about customer service.
