Positive: The hot tub was incredible, so was the quiet location in Terrasini, the ability to wash some of our travel clothes, the terrace, the kitchen, the coffee maker, the helpful tips Alfonso gave us, as well as his quickness to solve any issues we had. We also loved the affordable places to eat, the local wine shop that sold the best white wine I've ever drank for €1.5 a litre. The short distance from the beach and food shops, as well as Palermo airport. We had requested a shuttle to the airport and wondered if we might stay for a later checkout closer to our departure time for our flight, and this was accommodated, which was incredibly kind. The people in Terrasini are so kind and proud of their artisanal goods. One of the most welcoming cities I've ever visited! We will absolutely be back.

Negative: The internet connection was quite spotty. While it was fixed the next day, we still had occasional issues with its stability and sometimes resorted to using a hotspot. Alfonso was very helpful and managed to fix our internet for us the day after we arrived. Regarding the hot tub, it was incredible near the end of our stay, however other places I've stayed have normally preheated the hot tub, which can save a day of warming up the tub so as to enjoy it. We were a little surprised to find that there was no dryer, as it was listed as an amenity. That said, there was a washer and clothes rack for drying, and the sun here is so strong that we didn't have any issues drying out clothes quickly. Lastly, there was no body wash on the property the first night, which made properly showering a bit difficult as we arrived late at night and could not go to the store. That said, we were provided with some body wash and clothing detergent the next day.
