Offering comfortable accommodation in a relaxed and homely environment, it has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a tiled floor and a central table with four chairs. The lounge also has a convertible sofa bed and a wood-burning stove that guests are welcome to use. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and a downstairs washroom. Reached by a somewhat steep spiral staircase, the upstairs accommodation comprises one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower.
Outside, the paved terrace has a large stone-built BBQ to the side of the villa, and a lawned garden area with a small, outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m. The property is completely fenced.
