The perfect base for a family holiday, this ground floor apartment has a private garden and is set in extensive shared grounds, just a 2-minute walk from the shores of Lake Garda.
As part of a modern complex of holiday apartments, this property has plenty to offer families in search of holiday fun, including two shared swimming pools (swimming hats compulsory), multiple sun-loungers and a children’s playground. The open plan living/dining area has a large sofa, flat-screen, Smart TV, music stereo, dining table with 4 chairs. At the far end of the room is a set of double glass doors which lead onto the terrace and into a private garden. The terrace has another table and 4 chairs for eating outdoors, plus a parasol for shade.

The apartment complex is in a quiet, residential part of the town of Desenzano del Garda, on the southern shores of Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake. Desenzano del Garda has 3 beaches and is a popular holiday destination, with people enjoying a passeggiata in the main squares, Piazza Malvezzi and Piazza Matteotti (6 min drive or 20 min walk). Desenzano harbour, the Porto Vecchio, is a picture-perfect port edged with cafés and restaurants to suit all budgets.
Away from the lake, the 14th Century castle – Castello Desenzano del Garda (20 min walk) towers over the town. There is also a famous Roman villa with extensive mosaics and an excellent museum (13 min walk).
