Positive: LOCATION WAS PERFECT.
Negative: The internal stairs were quite steep, but our host Giuseppe took our bags to the apartment and then carried them down for us when we left. He was extraordinarily helpful.
Summary: Very pleasant and relaxing with lots of close by places to dine.
