The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.
Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

Summary: This was a perfect house for our family. We have stayed in Cocoa Beach several years for spring break and you can’t beat the location so close to the beach. The heated pool & hot tub are so nice that we used every day. The house is set up so nicely for our family of 4. The kids had their side of the house with spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. And the other side of the house has a huge master suite with a little office space. The owners provided very thorough instructions. We will definitely return!
