Completely private charming place with private fenced backyard. Just blocks from Aventura mall and Aventura Hospital this house is the west unit of our duplex. Peaceful and beautiful centric neighborhood. Sleeps 5
2 bedrooms.
First bedroom: sleeps 2 in a KING bed with a memory foam mattress. 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 on a bunkbed with a full bed bottom and a twin on top. Sofa bed (double) in living room. There is also a Graco napper playpen for a baby to sleep (only upon request). A total of 3 smart TV, on both rooms and the living room. Easy checkin with electronic keypad. Free parking just at front & free wifi. Big Dining room with formal table for 4 and extra 2 seats at kitchen counter. Full kitchen with oven, pots and pans, utensils and fridge. We provide toaster, microwave, coffee maker, free coffee, cups, glasses and plates. Hair dryer, Iron and iron board. Bathroom with warm water. AC in each room. Backyard seating for 2. Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside. Lets us know of any special request, we will do our best to accommodate you. We prepared a book with a wall map reference for you to find the best places to visit and the closes best restaurants. Hope you come visit us soon and fall in love with our city!
