Negative: The hotel manager is a bizzarely objectionable little lady, for whom 'no' seems to be the default response to any requests! This is an astonishing shortcoming, from an employee in hospitality in 2025! I had a badly swollen face from a wasp sting. So I requested some ice to make a cold compress, just as I had the night before. The manager kept trying to direct me to pharmacies or clinics, when all I wanted was a few ice cubes! Thankfully, other (much more professional and presentable) hotel staff, and the actual hotel proprietor, were at hand on 2 different occasions, to override this strange 'manager'!
