This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located in the heart of the Miramar. Lots of space, high ceilings, tropical decor, A/C units, family friendly.
We have what you need to relax and enjoy the Island life.Prime location! Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, theatres, the lagoon, beaches, TMobil/Convention district and Old San Juan.
This is the ground floor of a large house. There is also a separate unit upstairs and a small back house. The living room has 2 queen sofa beds, TV and dining table for 6. The orange room has a queen bed and desk. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds, and bathroom en suite with a large closet. There is a small room with bunk beds. The home has 2 full bathrooms with bathtub/shower combinations.
We don't include parking with the unit, we offer street parking only, however if the you are willing to *share* the driveway with the guests in the upstairs unit you may use it. Understand this may mean you get blocked in or block other guests and will need to be considerate to work this out. Thank you.

The neighborhood is in the hotel/tourist district of Miramar/ San Juan. This island themed house is located in a strategic area of San Juan Puerto Rico. In a tourist district that will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation in a secure and calm area. It is perfect for business travel and also to enjoy the local area. Near the Convention Center, Sheraton Casino Metro, Texas de Brazil, Metropol Rest. (cuban food), Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House, Condado Beach, Ashford Ave, and lots of local restaurants and hip places to drink and socialize. Just a few blocks from the Condado Lagoon and beach (where you could find fun activities like kayaking and paddle boarding), The Panamerican Cruise ship terminal, San Juan Bay Marine and Isla Grande Airport (where you could book trips to Vieques & Culebra). The Luis Muñoz Marin airport is located 13 minutes away from the apartment. Some of the hot touristic spots: Old San Juan, El Morro National Monument, Paseo Caribe, Isla Verde, The Mall of San Juan, La Placita de Santurce, etc. you could get an Uber or scooter. This specific area is perfect for anyone that enjoys running or jogging: lots of sightseeing at walking/scooter/biking distance.
Walking around the neighborhood you can easily walk to T-Mobile Distrito, which is a nice social area to visit. You can walk to Ponce de Leon (a major street) or to the lagoon or even the beach. Condado is also accessible by walking. Uber's are also easily accessible if you'd like to travel farther.
We are currently rehabbing the outdoor space and yard. Our pricing reflects that the outdoor space is not operational yet and hasn't been set up. The parking in the driveway is *usually* available and shared with the other unit upstairs. There is free street parking all around.
