Positive: The flat conditions were fair for the price (old but maintained)
Negative: The hosts were not acceptable: one of the requests I got was to tell my 2 and 4 year old to calm down (to tell/ to ask, I bet it's very easy to ask a 2 year old to be calm) and that was because they were just excited on some cartoons. Also told at 8AM that checkout is at 10, but with the meaning that now is 9.55 and we have only 5 minutes to go.....and a few other comments related to kids, better for them to say they don't accept kids
