Your fully furnished 1br condo is loaded with comfort and luxury. You have a large kitchen with all of the cooking appliances you'll need, including full size refrigerator, oven stove, microwave, toaster, coffee make with included coffee, and everything you need to feed the whole family and friends alike. To top everything off, this resort is brand new as of 2016. You are a short 2 minute walk from the beach, so life doesn't get much better than this, plus you're in the Virgin Islands!
The Wyndham Margaritaville in St. Thomas covers all the bases. Located on Water Bay at the eastern end of St. Thomas, this beachside location is nestled in a cove fringed by waving palm trees. It’s the perfect escape for anyone with a sense of adventure looking for music and fun on your next vacation. If you’re dreaming of a more laid-back experience, then sip on a margarita while looking out onto an expanse of fine white sand, crystal-clear waters and St. John island in the distance. Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.
Please note that the resort has several studios that sleep 4. This is one of those. It has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. There is no separating door from the bedroom and the sleeper sofa. Being this is almost double the size of our regular studio which sleeps 2, the price of this reflects a higher price than our regular 2 persona studio.
At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate.
