Positive: Friendly staff. Nice English breakfast. Quiet location

Negative: Bit difficult to find using SatNav. It kept sending me back over the Menai Bridge. So watch out for that. Everything very clean except light switches in room and visible pipework in bathroom. Just some small cosmetic repair work also needed here and there.
