All are welcome in this modern, ground-floor apartment which is part of a converted 1928 storefront. Great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance and light rail nearby. Walk to the Gothic theater in 5 minutes or drive straight down Broadway and into the heart of downtown Denver in as little as 10 minutes. Easy access to the mountains including sites like Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods.
The space
Park right in front of your apartment. The space has an open floor plan with a foyer suitable for storing your bike, skis or other gear. The living room is open and inviting, with comfortable furniture and a quirky art collection. The pull out couch is fitted with a memory foam mattress and there is a large flat screen TV over a cozy fireplace. Large fully outfitted kitchen with a waterfall island, two stools and a dining table for four. The kitchen has a coffee station, full size French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The bedroom is equipped with an incredibly comfy queen sized bed and an oversized dresser for your convenience. Extra pillows, throws and blankets are kept in the main closet. The bathroom is well-appointed with a generous 38” shower and extra storage space just for you.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. The building itself is a historic two-story live/work building divided into three separate areas. The other ground floor section is also a short term rental. There are no steps or stairs to manage.
