On the first floor, furnished 3-room apartment for 6/7 people, South-East exposure, located in Le Hameau in the 210 hectare tree-planted residence (village club) Pierre & Vacances de Saint-Raphaël / Agay.
It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the azure blue of the bay of Agay, the rocks of the Estérel as well as the golf course.

1 American kitchen overlooking the living room and the terrace or loggia with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, powerful hob with 4 electric burners, multifunction oven, classic filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, the essentials kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses, bowls, coffee cups, tea service, forks, knives, bread knife, small and large spoons, pans ... and the essential corkscrew !!!

1 bathroom with bathtub and sink with cupboard + hairdryer.

WITHOUT ANY OPPOSITE, a terrace / loggia which is, in summer, the living space par excellence with its surface of 13 m2. It is an extension of the living room surface thanks to its 5m wide picture window which opens completely. Equipped with a clothes horse, a garden furniture with 7 armchairs, it will delight you with its view and its friendly side !!!

This village club is pedestrian, with secure and guarded access. Ideal for children and family vacations.
A total of 5 swimming pools with exceptional characteristics will be at your disposal throughout the village, three of which are less than five minutes away. The other two are in the village center accessible by free small train or on foot.
Two steps from your home, you will have two swimming pools with a slide.
Those of the village center are either wave with water jets and jacuzzi (excellent for massages), either heated and overflowing, or with large slide.
The price included since 2018 unlimited entry (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) during your stay in all aquatic centers.
The little village train (free) will take you to the various activities offered, some of which are chargeable (horse riding, circus school with trapeze, paint ball, 9-hole golf & practice, mini golf, archery, children's playground , pétanque court, magic lessons, adventure course and zip lines ...) or at the beach (300m) also accessible on foot.
