4 Bedroom Cabin in Twin Creek Village, Pagosa Springs
Nestled in the trees overlooking Martinez Canyon. We are located within 3 miles of City Market and Wal Mart and 6 miles from downtown in a neighborhood sought after by locals. Playset for the little ones we love families. ON SITE entertainment includes ping pong, billiards, sauna, sledding, hiking right out the door and just general exploring in the canyon.
THINGS TO DO!!
World Class Fly Fishing and Powder Skiing. Access to 3 miilion acres of public lands right out the door. Hunting, hiking, biking, rafting, rock climbing, and ATV rentals. If you love the outdoors or just want to hang in the pines we HAVE IT!! Then, of course, are the world famous HOT SPRINGS for a relaxing day or evening. Spa treatments for those who want to pamper themselves. You also have access to the PLPOA rec center pool and gym for $8 per person per day.
Great Location and Decor. Wood stove (lower level) AND gas fireplace upper level. Hike into canyon from the property. Canyon views unfettered by other homes. NO DISAPPOINTMENTS HERE:).
Featuring mainly wood floors and tile in the bathrooms and entries, granite countertops, and hickory cabinets. Carpet is our least favorite floor covering. Our cabin even smells like wood, featuring tongue and groove knotty pine walls and ceilings and aromatic cedar closets installed in 2017!!!
Wildlife corridor is at the edge of our property and leads directly into the canyon. You can watch from the deck. Deer, an occasional elk, bears and even a cat now and then. Please be AWARE of wildlife, most of it is pretty shy but bears and larger wildlife can be unpredictable. Leaving a sandwich in your vehicle overnight with an open window can be an expensive proposition. Please be aware of wildlife and supervise your children.
Home features 2 living areas, one up one down. Fresh tongue and groove walls and ceiling, cedar closet lining in many areas of the home.
4/3 Bed/Bath,, 3 Bed/2 Bath upstairs, entire floor is laminate,hardwood or tile with rugs, pool table room, 1 HUGE bed/bath downstairs with 2 person sauna, 3000+/- SF. We have 11 actual sleeping spaces with REAL mattresses, but there is also a sofa up/downstairs.
We make a point that our home is VERY CLEAN, safe, and comfortable, and ready to use. Please let us know if anything is not to your liking. If you are looking for something, contact us it might be there :).
There should be soap and dryer sheets in the laundry, and under the sink in the kitchen at least enough to get you started as well as liquid soap at all sinks and in the showers.
LOCATION
Uptown area 3 miles to groceries/restaurants/fuel/medical care. NO highway noise. We are in a quiet area with a double lot. We have unobstructed view into canyon and you can hike or snowshoe right in from the yard.
KITCHEN
Functional w/ island, breakfast bar,granite countertops, gas range , microwave, . Good selection of spices and cooking oils, we try to make sure all the basics are there for you. PLEASE USE A SQUIRT OF OIL IN THE CERAMIC NONSTICK PANS AND NO METAL UTENSILS!!! THANK YOU!

DEPOSITS
Damage protection is a $500 fully refundable deposit which insures there is not excessive cleanup and covers small incidental breakage missing linen dishes deposit is returned within 5 business days of your end of stay. WE CHOOSE to offer a deposit instead of insurance. Deposits ensure better renters and our cabin shows the difference!!!
CLEANING
Cleaning Fee $200 -depending on length of stay and condition of home, we may charge extra if there is an exceptional cleanup. It does take a long time to clean due to the size of the cabin. The $200 covers 2 people cleaning for 4 hours.

Cancellations:
All funds will be returned less credit card processing fess if cancelled in writing within 60 days of start of stay with the following exceptions: NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS for reservations starting: Dec 15-Jan 2, Spring Break March1-25, 10 days before Thanksgiving, or one week either side of July 4. Late cancellatios will be forfeited. We recommend you buy trip insurance for any stay.
