*( EXCLUDING FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY ) (not including cleaning / pet fees ) **** This wonderful three bedroom 2400 sq.ft. home overlooks a beautiful scenic canal and bird sanctuary. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting with the privacy of your own heated pool and lanai which overlooks the canal where you can go fishing or dock a boat.***A large fenced in area on the side of our home is perfect to let the dogs out without fear of them running off. ******* BONUS!!!!! : Our home comes with the use of our FISHING BOAT and trolling motor or you can use our KAYAKS for your own use !! ********
The canal leads to the Peace River, Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our large spacious home has Wifi internet with a TV in each livingroom . 3 bedroom home with 2 king size beds and one queen size. Our pool is heated by a heat pump, and our Kitchen has brand new granite countertops. Our house plan is very open with cathederal ceilings.
Our neighborhood is filled with friendly people who love walking in the mornings. There is a very nice park 3/4 of a mile down the road with tennis courts, basketball and volley ball courts, playground for children and a public boat launch.
Enjoy cooking in our fully furnished kitchen and eating in the formal dining room , breakfast nook or in the lanai. If you can't fit all your family in the three bedrooms, we have a sofa sleeper and an air bed to use. This is a very comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood!!
Our home is just 3 miles off of I-75 and 4 miles from Walmart. and other shopping centers. It is extremely convenient to just jump on I-75 and go anywhere in Florida from the theme parks of Orlando or the Florida keys. Disney, SeaWorld and Universal are only 2 1/2 hours away. 15 Minutes to miniature golf, 15 minutes to regular golf, 1 minute to great fishing. Fisherman's Wharf, a complex of shopping and restaurants on the water overlooks the Charlotte Harbor and is just a short drive. Sanabel Island ,Venice, Boca Grande Beach or Manasota Key beaches are just a short drive away where shelling and sharks teeth abound for the taking.
Boat rentals or charters are available nearby for deep sea fishing, and Arcadia ( just 30 min. north) has great Antique shops in there downtown area. There are many golf courses to choose from as well as a host of other fun activities.
This home is in a prime location and an exclusive neighborhood with beautiful beaches, golf courses, shopping malls, and wonderful restaurants just minutes away.

Summary: We had a great time! House was even better than the pictures portrayed. Enjoyed the pool, nearby park, shopping, restaurants, and fishing. But only 3 catfish were caught. The dog enjoyed the fenced in area. Would definitely stay again, but hopefully for more than a week!
