A pair of complimentary kayaks invite you to explore Marathon by water, bicycles allow you to cruise the neighborhood, and a sparkling plunge pool offers refreshment on warm days.
Soak up the morning sunshine as you sip coffee by the water, then fix breakfast in the modern kitchen. Two living spaces provide your group with plenty of room to relax. Cool coastal accents create a welcoming atmosphere in the open-concept living room, where you can settle in to watch a movie on the 48-inch TV. The family room is another sunny social space with stylish seating and a 50-inch TV.
The kitchen features granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a sleek wet bar with a wine fridge and plenty of room for fixing drinks. Four guests can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar; when it’s time to eat, serve family-style meals at a handsome dining table for ten.
