Charming 4 bed/5.5 bath home for rent near the heart of the University of Virginia. Walking distance to grounds, JPJ Arena, and about a mile from the University's Law, Graduate Business, and Medical Schools. With the vaulted ceilings, spacious living areas, and fenced in yard, this is the perfect space to call your home away from home.
The main floor of this home features one of two living rooms, family room, kitchen, powder room, dining room, the primary suite, and two more bedrooms. The kitchen has a separate entrance, along with a breakfast bar and nook. The primary bedroom (king) has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back yard, a walk-in closet, and a double vanity primary bath. The other two bedrooms (queen) both have en-suite full bathrooms. The terrace level is where you'll find the 4th bedroom (two twins), second living room, a game/rec room with a full bathroom, and the exit to the backyard patio.
Pets considered: please inquire. There is a $75 pet fee if accepted. We please ask that they be kept off the furniture and are crated if left at the home unattended.
