Private Guest wing of modern spacious home. Private entrance. We are experienced hosts , WE LIVE ON THE PROPERTY, your suite is private to you and very quiet. We ensure we provide you with all we can to make your stay enjoyable. We only offer short term stays up to 4 days. (You can enquire via pre approval for longer stays). Quality bedding and linen. Beverages and toiletries supplied. Your bedroom wing is exclusive to you and/or your friends and has private entrance. Locked on our side and you also can lock on your side.
All beds and bedding and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, rooms sprayed with hospital grade disinfectant. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF SECOND BEDROOM OCCUPIED. READ. BELOW.
Continental Breakfast welcome pack supplied upon day of arrival. Generous snacks, beverages, cereal, bread, milk, spreads, etc.
We have 2 Queen bedrooms . Bathroom, toilet, kitchenette. ( not a full kitchen) kettle, toaster, refrigerator, sink, microwave, sandwich maker, egg cooker) auxiliary room (table and chairs, sofa, streaming TV). in a private wing. TV and wi/fi.
IF GUESTS USE BOTH bedrooms for sleeping I charge a one off fee of $45 for the second bedroom (linen/cleaning fee). Please advise me you require both rooms if you are booking as a couple. IF 4 guests just book for 4. (Fees apply).

Your bedrooms provide direct access to the back garden and an undercover seated area. You are welcome to use this area for your meals or just relaxing. We do not offer a full lounge room, but an auxiliary room in your area that has breakfast table and chairs, TV for streaming, a comfortable sofa and a desk and chair. Kitchenette has toaster, jug, microwaive, sandwich press, refrigerator. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread. Local cafes serve breakfast also. Evening meals at local hotel/restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday.
Easy Walking distance to safe beach and shops. 400 metres Cleanest water in the Bay. Best Fish and Chip shop on the Bellarine. (Awarded). Sit with your morning coffee and watch passing boats and view of Melbourne in the distance, or enjoy a coastal walk along the track. Bird watchers enjoy Point Edwards.
Bus stop close by providing easy access to neighbouring towns and Geelong. All the delights of the Bellarine at your door. Wineries, whiskeries, restaurants, golf and bowling clubs, theme park. Short drive to coastal towns, approximately 10 /20 minutes Portarlington and Queenscliff. 30 minutes to Geelong. Daily ferry to Melbourne and also Sorrento. Easy entry to the Surfcoast and Great Ocean Road.
Local hotel, regular artists, great beer garden, bowling club, Thai restaurant, Indian restaurant (Saturday evening)cake shop, cafes, pharmacy, newsagent, supermarket, chicken and award winning fish shop, pizza shop, icecream parlour, gift shop, specialty food outlet, hairdresser, barber. While still retaining its small village feel. All easy walking distance. Pilates studio. Blues and Q train close by.
