Butlers Beach House at Killcare is ideal for families or large groups (and pets on request). You will be able to enjoy time together in absolute comfort with four bedrooms, two separate living areas, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen.
At Butler’s Beach House at Killcare you will enjoy both long sunny days or cosy winter weekends by the fire.
This beach house is perfectly positioned for both Putty Beach and Hardy’s Bay which are just down the road. Here you will find a patrolled beach, surf breaks, water sports & boating, and a selection of boutique cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the local vibe and live music at the club or a fine wine at luxurious Bells at Killcare just across the road.
You will also find idyllic bush walks and pristine beaches at Bouddi National Park.

NO More Than 8 Guests(8 person are permitted to stay at Butlers Beach House at Killcareunless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must NOT byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
NO Parties OR Events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10 pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day.Should there be ongoing noise disruption, oursecurity company will becalled to the property. Ifthey deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive itwill result in asecurity call out fee of$500 and possibleeviction.
Linen, Towels AND Cleaningservices provided at guest’s expense.
Pets - small dogs non-shedding allowed upon request. No more than 2 dogs, they must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Owners must clean up after their dogs before departure andmust bring their own dog-bedding. For each dog there is an additional $100 dog tariff added to your booking once pets have been approved.
Security Bond(Refundable Deposit) of $1000.00 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the bond amount.
Smokingon the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
